CLEVELAND COUNTY, NC (WBTV) -
The sheriff of Cleveland County says his deputies were taunted by employees and served tampered food at a fast food restaurant while taking a lunch break in their uniforms.
Sheriff Alan Norman confirmed the accusations to WBTV after a post was made online by the wife of a deputy.
"As they walked up to place their orders, the boys in the back cooking the food started yelling at them and calling them names," she wrote about her husband's trip to the Zaxby's restaurant in Shelby.
She said her husband and his partner, who were both on duty and in their uniform, ignored the insults and continued ordering.
"Then, as they sat down to eat their food, my husband realized [they] had put the hottest sauce possible on [his] wings - to the point where his food wasn't even fit to eat," she continued.

I don’t really remember, but it was something like cleanser. Whatever it was tasted really bad, so the people didn’t drink much of it. The crazy part of it was that the reason she did it was that a Sonics fast food place was opening across the street and she wanted the customers to go there.
So, are you saying that the cooks are like Hillary ? They had no ill intent ?

Well, they might have tainted the food somewhat, and certainly anyone else like an untrained person off of the street would not be allowed to do something like this, but the food preparer was someone well-experienced in the area of food politics and preparation so given that then of course no reasonable prosecutor would wish to press charges so then there is no other recourse but to acknowledge that there was no intent to harm the officers merely change what they would be eating, so no charges will be filed.
Everyone gets what you are saying. Your premise is that the cook can claim he made a mistake and put on the wrong sauce.
If you were sensitive to spicy foods, and someone did this to you, what would you do ?
Two words, “health inspection.”
It would have to be assault PB, i.e., the server knows the customer will die if near a peanut.
It seems unlikely criminal charges could result in the scenario you’re laying down, but there could definitely be some kind of tort/civil case because our laws suck ass.

There are several cases though over the years where fast food workers were documented/on video adulterating/contaminating customer orders because fast food worker hates whatever type customer, usually a cop.
Severe consequences are the general result.
BTW, I was not att attempting to disagree with you. My post was meant to make the point that some in that community are as frustrated with the scum as we are. Actually, a LOT of them are.
This should not be a race thing. This should - and actually is — a good vs evil thing...

No the restaurant needs to be run out of business. People need to advertise it as a haven for cop haters and then watch the patrons of the retaurant disappear until it is gone.
This can happen. Years ago in Albuquerque a group of men under the leadership of a man named Zinn were accused publicly of kidnapping and killing a young mother. There was a wonderful bakery in the city named Zinn's Bakery. They had no connection at all, genetically or family wise, with the supposed criminals. But the publicity caused the bakery to finally close. Very sad.
In this case the restaurant deserves it.
The independent franchise owner of this store should be told that in case of a robbery, he should call “1-800-BLM” for help.
Now smart criminals know where to go for lunch and a cash rebate.
Liberals and so-called progressives don’t have to think. Conservatism requires some significant thought.
