I think it has to go to the judge over that area for a stay.
I also think the democrats have an issue with Hillary and Bernie if they rule that delegates aren’t bound, and especially with Clinton now losing to Trump in Florida.
Votes are for electorates. It is a States Rights issue, the Federal Judiciary has no standing in what the State Laws are...
