The Canadian affiliate of the Clinton Foundation is spending an astounding 78 percent of the money it raises on administrative costs, according to the Globe and Mail.
The Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership (CGEP) spent nearly 8 dollars for every 10 that it raised on salaries, office supplies, expenses, salaries and consulting fees, according to filings with the Canada Revenue Agency. The charity only spent 22 percent on charitable programs.
The CGEP was set up by Canadian mining investor Frank Giustra, who is one of the largest contributors to the Clinton Foundation and a frequent traveling partner with Bill Clinton. Most of the funding has come from mining executives and companies. The CGEP was primarily set up so that Canadians contributing to the Clinton Foundation would receive a tax deduction in Canada.
CGEP officials defended the amount of money spent on administrative costs.
These expendituresfar from being overheadare critical to the operational success of CGEPs work, and help maximize the impact of CGEPs programs; ensure that more people are reached; and that these programs are run in an effective way, they noted in a statement released to the Global and Mail.
CGEP also noted that the staff in Canada (including four full time positions) works on partnership development and marketing, investor prospecting, and finance.
This is not the first time CGEP has been in the headlines. The Canadian charity has also served as a conduit for undisclosed donations flowing to the Clinton Foundation. Frank Giustra admitted in 2015, after the publication of Clinton Cash, that there were more than 1,000 undisclosed donations to the Clinton Foundation. Many of those had come via CGEP.

Cities license restaurants to serve alcohol, establishing a threshold of 51% in food sales versus 49 % in alcohol sales. Otherwise, the businesses are licensed as bars, taverns, etc, and are held to different standards.
It would seem reasonable to establish that if an entity doesn’t spend at least 51% of donations on the charitable function, it’s not a charity, but a business.
What’s to stop this criminal enterprise from spending 99% on administrative costs, and 1% on charity? I mean, technically- they are still doing some good.
It couldn’t be any more obvious that this enterprise is a money laundering and personal enrichment scheme.
Rush has said that the Clinton Foundation gives only about 15% to charity, and the NY Post has called it a “slush fund”.

Legal theft.
78 percent? They must have hired a lot of good IT people to protect their emails. /s
Amen......open the C/F books this very minute.
Hes a gold mining mogul......he facilitated the takeover of US uranium assets.... this billionaire received your tax dollars from Hillary's State Dept.
Canadian mining magnate Frank Giustra is one of the Clinton Foundations largest donors. Giustra's $100 million contributions go directly:
<><> (1) to the tax-exempt Clinton Foundation, and,
<><> (2) to the Canada-based "Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership."
The "Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership" in turn sends money to the Clinton Foundation...(according to Canadian tax records researched by "Clinton Cash" author Schweizer).

============================================
The NY Times reported the "Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership" collected about $33 million US tax dollars from Hillary's State Dept between 2008 and 2013.....$25 million of which was passed back across the border to the US-based Clinton Foundation.
Giustra then pledged $100 million to the Foundation after Clinton helped him clinch the mega-bucks uranium deal.
ITEM---millions of dollars and 1,100 donors are shrouded in mystery in the Canadian Giustra/Clinton operation. The Clinton Foundation signed a memorandum of understanding with the Obama White House agreeing to reveal its contributors every year. The agreement stipulates that the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative (as the charity was then-known) is part of the Clinton Foundation and must follow the same protocols.
SURPRISE: It hasnt.
Caught w/ his pants down, Giustra/s backtracking like crazy---saying Canadas federal privacy law forbids the Canadian-registered Clinton charity, from revealing its donors.
A memo he provided news organs cites fiduciary obligations to its contributors and Canadas Personal Information Privacy and Electronic Disclosure Act. We are not allowed to disclose even to the Clinton Foundation the names of our donors, Giustra says.
However, Canadian tax and privacy law experts were dubious of the Clinton/Giustra claims. A former director knowledgeable about tax policy at Canada's Department of Finance, said he wasnt aware of any tax laws that would prevent the Clinton charity from releasing its donor names. " There's nothing that would preclude them from releasing donor names. It's entirely up to them."
Thanks for your great working revealing the dangerous side of the Clintoon Foundation.
This might get really interesting between now and the election.

REALITY CHECK Then-Secy Hillary supposedly gave Haiti $3.1 billion tax dollars for Earthquake Relief.
But Haitian-American protesters claim that American aid to Haiti was a cover-for foreign governments to funnel kickbacks of hundreds of millions of dollars to The Clinton Foundation.
For example, gold mining expert Giustra "gave" the Foundation $100 million....after Bill helped him make billions off uranium deals. Hillary's brother mysteriously got a rare gold mining license in Haiti (now on hold due to controversy).
wonder if they're with holding federal income taxes, medicate and ss on these salaries for us or equivalent for Canadian carve outs.
Many thanks for your unending support.
The hookers and hush money are the 22% that counts as charity.
Uranium One Company chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations, as well.
The NYT report noted that these uranium investors
also donated to the Clinton Foundation, as follows:
<><> Canadian Frank Giustraglobe-trotting pal of Bill-donated $31.3 million and a pledge for $100 million more to the Clinton Foundation. Giustra built a company that later merged with Uranium One. Seems to have facilitated the uranium sell-off.
<><> Canadian Ian Telferdonated $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation. Mining investor who was chairman of Uranium One when an arm of the Russian government, Rosatom, acquired it.
<><>Paul Reynoldsdonated $1 million to $5 million to the Clinton Foundation Adviser on 2007 UrAsia-Uranium One merger. Later helped raise $260 million for the company.
<><>Frank Holmes-donated $250,000 to $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Chief Executive of U.S. Global Investors Inc., which held $4.7 million in Uranium One shares in the first quarter of 2011.
<><> Canadian Neil Woodyer-Founded Endeavour Mining with Giustradonated $50,000 to $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Adviser to Uranium One.
<><> GMP Securities Ltd.-Donating portion of profits to the Clinton Foundation. Worked on debt issue that raised $260 million for Uranium One. (could also be part of the money-laundering apparat---aided and abetted by the "foundations.")
We have been like the voices in the Wilderness warning of the NonProfits for over a decade. Hopefully 10 % of the Freepers will get on the bus and learn about the nonprofits and their danger to us from towns to counties to states to Country and world wide like the Clinton Foundation.
It goes around ...it comes around.
Absolutely world-class corruption. Neither of these grifters has ever held a job outside the public sector and they’re worth millions. I wonder if Hil is still deducting Bill’s used underwear without a HAZMAT permit...
Change “millions” to “billions” and you are 1000 % correct.
administrative expense = salaries for the shadow government
