Judges are not supposed to express political opinions to influence an election. Every state prohibits this. Heck, a local city court judge can’t even put a candidate’s sign in his yard.

But as for the statement, that she can’t imagine an America with Trump as President, I would reply to her:

“You may not be able to imagine America with Donald Trump as President, but I can imagine an America with Hillary Clinton as President. And that alone is reason to vote Trump.”

She’s clearly losing her faculties. Throughout her career, she has “imagined” all sorts of constitutional protections that don’t exist, and “imagined” all manner of reasons that clear constitutional provisions and precedents don’t apply in cases brought before the USSC.

To admit now that she can’t imagine the USA under a Trump presidency tells me she’s lost the battle with father time.
