A senior Department of State official claimed there is no documentation showing former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ever received training in the proper handling of classified materials, according to a June 30 Department of Justice filing in U.S. District Court.
The disclosure could buttress FBI Director James Comey’s testimony before a congressional committee that Clinton was perhaps not “sophisticated enough” to understand that the marking “C” on an email meant it was a classified document.
“It’s an interesting question whether she was sophisticated enough to understand what a C in parens means,” Comey said before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Wednesday. “It’s possible—possible—she didn’t understand what a (C) meant when she saw it in the body of the email like that.”
In the Freedom of Information lawsuit brought by The Daily Caller News Foundation, the department to date has failed to deliver any documents showing that Clinton ever enrolled and passed mandatory State Department courses that instructed officials in the proper handling of classified material.

Are we to believe that with a Top Secret or better security clearance, Hildebeest was not instructed in the marking, handling, and control of classified material and documents? And further, she was not subjected to the periodic briefings that every otherr bearer of a security clearance undergoes? And that the reason she was not was that she was not one of the “little people” (the rest of us).
She was a United States Senator and a First Lady before she was Sec. of State.
How can anyone be so stupid as to think she didn’t know about handling classified info?
According to Comey she is too unsophisticated to know how to recognize classified material. Essentially, her campaign slogan is “I’m reckless, extremely careless, and too dumb to recognize classified material when I see it, but what the heck, elect me anyway, and I’ll give you free stuff.”
How different would State Department markings be from emails Senators receive?
She was a senator for 8 years. Surely, she sat on committees/sub-committees that dealt with classified materials.

It’s just an act to get her off the hook. But she is still to be thought of as not less than capable of being the nation’s leader.
She is equally incompetent to recall that she signed a document to show that she WAS familiar with the laws, rules, and standards of handling classified documents. While she is running out of people to lie to, she should be accumulating more people who believe she is mentally and morally incompetent to serve in the White House. But no one should hold their breath.
