I said “when it happens”, not that this particular shooting was one (and there does seem reasonable doubt each way).
As far as I know, the only wrongful shooting to occur recently was in North Carolina, and that policeman is taking his vacation in jail with a second degree murder charge.
I think it is important to note in this case that the policeman is not in jail or charged with anything, so that leads me to believe that the narrative on this one is false.
