I was thinking that since the entire Bush family has both business and emotional ties to Texas, and considerable influence with who knows how many movers and shakers, he could either overtly or covertly teach the thugs a lesson they won’t soon forget.
With innocent people being killed and terrorized it seems to me W would want to do something to put an end to it.
