Thats PROBABLY trash talk, but who knows, get a man indoctrinated enough, he will charge right into a police station with a hundred armed officers in it.
There is a movement continuing to get rival gangs to reconcile and take the fight to the police (and whitey by default). According to FBI figures there are at least half a million DOCUMENTED black gang members.
That’s 50 divisions of irregular troops.
