If Hillary had been indicted she would have people turning out in droves to support her.

Hillary plays the victim role to the hilt and for some perverse reason, people buy it and her popularity goes through the roof when she is under attack or under legal threat

Interesting - most Republicans, most Independents and a quarter of Democrats wanted to see her ass sent off to prison.

Hillary can’t win if she loses 25% of Democrats.

Hillary may have a dodged a legal bullet with Comey’s help but she’s losing hands down in the court of public opinion.

That doesn’t help her presidential bid.

37% of Likely U.S. Voters agree with the FBI’s decision. But 54% disagree and believe the FBI should have sought a criminal indictment of Clinton....

This is good news.

They should have given another option: Should the evidence be turned over to a Grand Jury?

I’m pretty sure if this poll were taken before Comey’s statements the results would have been different. I think a lot of voters that were willing to give her a pass based on the perceived (or reality) partisanship of the GOP led investigation, have now heard the truth from someone(Comey) with the highest trust factor.

His 15 minute tale of gross negligence, gross mishandling, etc. has definitely left a mark. Trump should be able to take advantage of this, if he pushes it. This would be a great time to run some ads in Florida reminding people why she can’t be trusted. He can’t leave it up to the media to do it’s job.

This should be one of Trump’s primary themes from here on out, along with her constant stream of lies, and corruption. Keep repeating that 54 percent think that Lying Crooked Hillary should have been prosecuted, and only 37 percent say she shouldn’t.

Hammering home those stats day in and day out over the next 4 months, it would probably have an effect.

I’d like some (constructive) feedback.

FBI stands for Federal Bureau of INVESTIGATION

I thought that they were an investigative agency. For example: a traffic cop pulls you over for running a red light, notices several (Hundreds) of packages of material in the back seat. Calls for a dog team and supervisor.

His (and his supervisor’s) job is to collect evidence of a crime, inform the “perp” of accusations and rights. Place him (or her) under arrest, and prefer charges (with evidence) to the appropriate prosecutorial authority.

Why is Comey determining whether to prosecute (or refer to a grand jury) or not? Isn’t it his job to collect evidence?

Had Comey performed oral sex on Slick Willie in Times Square at rush hour and claimed that he was giving Slick Willie “penis CPR” he would have more chance of being believed than the utter nonsense he presented at his press conference and Congressional testimony.

Here are some questions no one seems to have asked (correct me if anyone knows)?

Was a grand jury empaneled to charge Pagliano?

What charges were leveled against Pagliano that put so much pressure on him to spill his information?

How was Pagliano offered immunity? Who offered immunity?

Why wasn't Pagliano charged?

Most Disagree with Decision Not to Indict Clinton

LOL!

There's that phantom invention of the mentally handicapped with special empowerment, the evil apparition, "Most..."

And the feebleminded fall into line.
I suppose if there is no meaningful qualification to vote, it is as good as an army...
