Apparently Newt is unaware that cops shoot about the same percentage of white people in a year as black people. The percentages are not the same, but the difference is easy to explain: a higher percentage of blacks are criminals / thugs who do not comply with police orders.

Well actually I was wrong. In 2015 50% of the people shot by cops were white. 26% were black. White lives don’t matter.
