Comey needs to be replaced with a LAW-ABIDING, non-political Director...if you can find one. One that realizes that there is ONE SET of laws that apply to everyone.

If Comey believes the the DOJ would not prosecute simply because of their perception of the validity of a law, then he is working well outside of his jurisdiction and presupposition that action should or should not be taken merely on how another organization would act. Not his job.
Not his place to worry about that. He is to enforce until the law is changed
So now the FBI openly admits that they have joined the ranks of those thinking they have the right to usurp the legislature, the judiciary and the US Constitution.

Since When did an Agency of the Executive Branch have a say on What is Constitutional or Not, My version of the US Constitution says the JUDICIARY decides these issues according to RULES SET FORTH BY CONGRESS. Nowhere does the EXECUTIVE BRANCH have ANY such Mandate.
No Obama appointee fears for his family. Comey was selected to do this very job.
I heard him yesterday and was disgusted. It’s not his job to interpret the law, just investigate the incident.
So, he’s saying that except for one case, no one since 1917 has been prosecuted for mishandling classified information?
That’s what he seems to be implying. Isn’t there some other legal statute other than gross negligence to prosecute?
He seems to be implying that that is the only thing he could possibly bring against her.

If you are negligent in handling classified materials, then you should be given a guest suite at the facility Fort Levenworth.
The executive branch was not supposed to have a Department of Justice either. That showed up 82 years after the ratification of the Constitution.
