Get Your Own Sniper" read a post on the Black Power Political Organisation Facebook account A self-proclaimed black power group appears to have claimed responsibility for the assassinations of five police officers at a Black Lives Matter protest in Dallas.
Five officers were gunned down by at least two shooters who picked out officers from an 'elevated position' - believed to be a multi-storey car park.
It came in the week of public outrage over the deaths of two black men shot by police.
The Black Power Political Organisation wrote on its Facebook account that it was behind the attack and that 'more assassinations are coming'.

The message - posted in the aftermath of the shootings - said: "?#?BlackPower?! ?#?BlackKnights?! Sniper Assassins Take Down Five Police Officers! And More Will Be Assassinated In The Coming Days! Do You Like The Work Of Our Assassins? Get Your Own Sniper Rifle And Join Our Thousands Of Sniper Assassins Worldwide In The Fight Against Oppression!”

EXACTLY the fruit he and his communist accomplices intend it to bear. Stir up racial hatred, when you can't get whites to cause trouble stir up trouble by blacks against the police. Provoke a violent response. Use the response as an excuse to implement draconian restrictions - gun confiscation, curfews. When that causes more response send in the troops against the citizens and voila you have a totalitarian police state that was their goal all along.

Back in the real world we have murdering cops (yes, and not all white it turns out), we have Islamic terrorists, and now we have Black Lives Matter terrorists. Pretty much none white, except their clueless supporters. Lots of hate.
I've never been a fan of "hate crime" legislation as I figure murder is murder, assault is assault, but if we do have the laws, we should use them without bias.

I would not just take their word for it. The claim may be a diversion to keep the police from looking for the real culprits. The name of the suspect really makes me believe men who recently converted to Islam are involved.

In 1966, Charles Whitman murdered 16 people and injured 33 others Most of the killings was done with a bolt action rifle, and an M-1 carbine for backup. He stabbed his wife and his mother to death first.
It is not the type of rifle that matters, or what laws are passed, it is the determination of the shooter.
