That statement could also mean senseless and tragic in the way that these motorists don’t know how to act when pulled over. That’s also tragic.

Trump said the two deaths were senseless and tragic, he didn’t say why or how or who’s fault it was. It led to his larger point of racial tension.

It was senseless. THe one in LA wouldn’t have happened if the guy killed had any sense. Not sure about the one in MN.
