I will give you that. He is a terrible driver. My point was all the talk of him being a felon. Which is not true.

There is a resemblance. We may never know if he was the person in the store or not. The robbery and the shooting are two different things at this point.
(But, in this environment, no cop should be concerned when making a routine traffic stop - that would be racist.)

You couldn't be more wrong about that. There is clearly a resemblance and the cop reported he was stopping a potential robbery suspect. That has a huge bearing on the cop's state of mind at the time.
What we do know is that among certain communities resisting arrest, confronting police and lying shamelessly is increasingly accepted, even honored, behavior.
