There is NO excuse for making statements that immediately assume a shooting by police is evidence of widespread racial problems. Obama knows 2000 blacks have been shot dead in Chicago already this year and I’ve never heard that he gives a damn. But police shoot someone during an incident and right or wrong, Obama knows it is part of some huge racial problem.
