This is definitely a step in the right decision. she will have to hear all the testimony from now till the election. And, so will the people. Interesting to learn more about the meeting with Bill and AG, 5th amendment plea by IT guy, which emails did the enemy get etc.

The President is supposed to have daily briefings. That sounds like a good use of time, i.e. briefing the President on the key concerns of the day so he can organize his efforts and respond as necessary.
Then there are things called 'meetings'. As soon as the people get in the room they have succeeded in meeting each other so nothing else need get done ... and seldom does. In fact you can go to sleep if you wish (and lots of attendees do) until the 'meeting' is over.
And then there are these things called 'hearings'. Basically a group of people hear what another group of people say. That's it. They might provide some sort of transcript, but that can be quickly filed away.
When has any 'hearing' ever accomplished anything? I'm sure the liberals are as frustrated with the Watergate and Iran/Contra hearings as we are with the Benghazi hearings. Nothing like what was expected to happen ever materialized. Some lower echelon people were kicked to the curb, but the real culprits behind the scene basically waltzed.
We should make 'hearings' against the law. Unless the congress is willing to follow up with real action like indictments then they should spend more time listening to their constituents than to their self-selected experts.
