Comey and the FBI can’t indict just pass on recommendation to Lynch. I tend to believe he’ll find no sufficient evidence of crimes committed.

Curious as to what is the actual process? I don’t think the FBI issues indictments
but rather that will come thru the AG if one is to persued. Others may can
explain the actual processes.

I think there is a possibility of indictment and then there are 2 choices:

1. They will try to play the vast right wing conspiracy angle and see if she gets sympathy and her poll numbers go up. If so the establishment will get behind her.

2. The poll numbers go down and they try to parachute Joe Buden in to replace Hillary as nominee.

Only a grand jury can bring a true bill of indictment, and grand jury proceedings are secret.

He might say that Justice has declined prosecution and offers his resignation. I do not expect good news.
