I didn’t know that Comey was the lead prosecutor in the Martha Stewart case. Hillary skates and Martha went to prison. Now wouldn’t that be something.

I hate to say it but I think Comey says no referral. The WH surely knows this (and has known) because I can’t see a sitting president campaigning with Clinton at the very moment the criminal referral would be announced, if there was going to be one.
