I’m tired of traitors getting a free pass just because they served in the military too.
Re his service:
I’ve heard he was a crappy pilot, got himself captured due to incompetence, and may have caused the Forrestal fire. Maybe it’s true.
We also know that he abandoned his first wife who was faithful to him while he was in captivity in Vietnam for years, after he returned to find her aging and sick. He turned her in for a younger, rich lady who was the heiress to some fortune, I think in beer distribution.
Nevertheless, I’ve also heard that, since he was a famous Admiral’s son, he had the opportunity to be exchanged, but refused it. What seems indisputable is that he did endure a substantial amount of mistreatment, mistreatment that would have driven many men completely insane (and may likely have unbalance him, as well). Since he did that, I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt in that matter.
As a politician, he sucks.
Let’s just say he served, OK?
Because if his family connections he was a perennial screw up who was tolerated or shielded from the consequences of his foolhardy actions
as we say a “ loose cannon”
It’s entirely feasible that other good men lost their lives because of his actions which is a true forever hidden disgrace except from their families and those who served with them

Oh, believe me, the PEOPLE of AZ figured it out long ago. To identify the problem, you need to look at a map. First off, half of our state is Indian Reservation, and the Clinton-types have bribed them since day one. Second, we have the liberal sh!tholes of downtown Phoenix and Tuscon fraudulently creating a huge percentage of votes. Third, not only have we not got any help defending our huge land border with Mexico, but the Obama admin has stopped us from defending it, and has been using tax dollars to help them invade and evade capture. And fourth, we have been overrun with swarmingh locusts from Kalifornia that have finished stripping that state and now want to do the same here.
The PEOPLE of AZ are rock-solid conservative, but the Tax-dollar-eating zombies have us surrounded, and we are hoping for a supply drop from Air Trump to hold them off, and ideally, drive them back.
