Misses the point entirely. Let's day, for the sake of argument, that NONE of Hillary's emails were classified (but we know many were). Under the Public Records laws and agency rules, Hillary failed to "take care of" the public records, shielding them from routine FOIA discovery (intentionally or not, with criminal intent or not) which is a clear violation. Part of the penalty prevents her from ever holding public office. It's VERY simple, and she has publicly acknowledged she did it. The classification issues are equally simple - did she think there was a little server monkey over her shoulder monitoring her content in real-time to determine if her email content contained sensitive national security info or the inner workings of intelligence operators? OF COURSE some of it was classified after the fact. No one knew TO classify it since she was hiding it. C'mon. She blew it, and exposed us to our enemies.
Could you imagine the Repubs defending one of their own with those problems. Look at their running away from Trump when the mediots charge racism. Maybe they can take a lesson?
