That's true about acts of revenge carried out after the War, probably even by a few who were freed from the extermination camps and by others in countries formerly occupied by the Nazis.

["Minorities" being cultural Germans in other countries in Eastern Europe. Granted, some anecdotes from memories of individuals many years after the war are included in the video, but some of the incidents were filmed and documented. Here, in the U.S.A., many Germans are descended from immigrants who came during the middle of the 1800s--Americans through and through. A couple of my near ancestors were among them. With at least approximately 300 generations and many large, extensive migrations behind us, all of us members of the human race are quite "mixed" in some ways or others. It's what each of us do to improve our American culture that counts.]
