I think that the investigators will be critical of Clinton’s actions and so there will be something to use against her.

So how can the FBI say there was no crime or malfeasance committed?

The FBI can say anything they like.

The big problem here is that to try to take Hillary down for e mail abuse will take down 3/4 of Washing down as collateral damage, starting with President Obama himself.

They all corresponded with her on her illegal email system and probably using their own covert, non governmental accounts.

Pretty much the entire Obama Administration was secret email accounts to coordinate and collude in their schemes while avoiding public scrutiny and accountability to the American people.

Same thing with IRS and Lois Lerner.

Nothing will ever come of he stunning abuses of power because she was acting on behalf of Mitch McConnell and other Republicans worried about being ousted by Tea Party insurgents as much was she was with Democrats

As we have seen in the last few months, Washington is corrupt to the core and our elected officials are enriching themselves while screwing the country

Well, I'm convinced that what she did was stupid and that she put the nation's security at risk. However, I am not an expert regarding criminal statutes in the area of government communications and the only time that I tried to read one of the statutes that someone mentioned, it all looked a bit iffy to me. It had something to do with removing materials from their proper place. In her case, I think the problem is more like she failed to put the materials in the proper place to begin with - government servers. I'm not sure that she actually removed anything from its proper place. Anyway, that's as far as I got and what she did might in fact be more dangerous than what the statute makes illegal.

I always had doubts that there would be an indictment of a major candidate for president during an election year in any event. So, I can't say that I am surprised, but we'll just have to wait and see what the FBI says and does.
