Exactly. He’s putting that out there to reinforce his campaign issue on the Rigged System. He can hit this hard as well as the Lynch-Clinton meeting to a fed up public.

No matter how you slice it that meeting was a disaster PR wise for Lynch and Bill Clinton.

For Bill, it was pure calculation. He makes a surprise visit to Lynch and she becomes compromised no matter what she does. Prosecute or not prosecute, she looks like she’ll be doing the bidding of the machine.
Getting criticized for doing this takes the heat off the investigation. He doesn’t care if he looks like he did something that compromised the case. To him, it’s something to laugh at.
