With water stations as a precedent on the southern border, we’ll soon see hot cocoa stations on the northern border to make sure our new visitors don’t get a chill.
To get back home (and to get into Canada) you need
1. an “enhanced” state drivers license/ID or
2. a passport card or
3. a passport
We need to “wall off” the Treasury by Constitutional amendment from welfare seekers and vote-buyers.
We need to secure or borders, of course, but we really need to make it very difficult for illegal aliens to live and work here without proper documentation.
That’s amazing. The lines to the border crossing between Buffalo and Canada have at a minimum a 30 minute wait limit to cross. And, the return trip from Canada can be up to 2 hours long to get to Buffalo on the Peace Bridge, the Rainbow Bridge, and the Whirlpool Bridge. We are going to my brother’s cottage tomorrow and we try very hard to avoid the peak hours for the bridge crossing.
Yeah that’s the ticket pour more fuel on the fire is Trudeau logic I guess.
We want a wall on our southern border. We want to control immigration. We want to know who is in our country. Such is the platform of the Republican Party.
To go around us, the globalist elites decide to forge an ‘economic alliance’ allowing freedom of movement from our southern border around us to our northern border. Quietly, all of Central and South America will be added to the Mexico no-visa policy. America, however, since it’s still full of those stubborn ‘nativists/nationalists’ will be restricted from the same free movement, a punishment on the same lines of what the EU wants to met out to Britain.
To distract us, the Congressional Black Caucus will hold a sit-in to protest the 2nd Amendment.
My ancestors crossed back and forth from ND and MT. I crossed from WA to BC (Abbotsford, PittMeadows, Chilliwack BC)
But as I recall it, when I entered Canada at Detroit and rfe-entered the US at Niagara Falls mid-summer the check was very superficial. Cars never actually stopped, although traffic was stop-and-go.

Exactly. They will go FROM the U.S. TO Canada and start stealing the jobs there. Canadians have no idea what they’re in for. “Stupid” doesn’t even begin to name the can of worms they’re opening.
Doesn’t Canada have a liberal welfare system? Maybe he Mexicans might find Canada a nice place to squat.
It was pretty much that way when I was growing up and continued until 2001. People used to ride the ferry back and forth to Canada and Buffalo without much ID for years and years. Our freedoms are becoming a thing of the past, unless you are an immigrant of certain ethnic persuasion. Sad.
A passport or “smart licence” is needed for every occupant in the vehicle for entry to the USA. The border guard WILL take either from your hand and pass it through a scanner. Every time.
Whether you’re in a car, on an airplane or on a boat.
Every. Single. Time.
