YUP, and a practiced hustler like Bill Clinton knows how to say these things such that Loretta Lynch can “feel” truthful when she says to the public that nothing about current DOJ matters was discussed.
All he needs to say is something like, “Hillary and I were talking after Scalia died, and she said YOU would be the absolutely ideal nominee for the Court.”
Flattery will do it, along with the simple fact that it can never come to pass unless Shrillary is elected.
