It occurs to me that if she escapes indictment, all this evidence gathered by Comey becomes leak fodder - one embarrassing drip at a time.
If she is indicted by a grand jury and then someone leaks they can be accused of leaking grand jury testimony once it takes possession of the evidence.

You are right. And there will be plenty of leaks. Over 140 FBI agents and who knows how many support staffers are already *livid*.
Either way, indictment or not, this one is going to leave marks. Remember, Hillary is not Bill. People are not bedazzled by her personality and charisma.
Hillary is going to have to start thinking about damage control as BO outshines her on the campaign trail.
