Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch will support the recommendations from prosecutors and others leading probes into the use of a private email server by Hillary Clinton during her time as secretary of state, a Justice Department official said.

Lynch’s statement — expected later Friday during a gathering in Colorado — underscores the intense sensitivity surrounding the FBI and Justice investigations into the past use of an exclusive email server by the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.

And all those recommendations are open to the public, right?

And she still gets the final decision based on HER opinion.

I think Lynch passed off a thumb drive giving Hillary explicit talking points. And it amounts to...What’s the problem....”Everyone” in Washington knew including Obama.

the libturds are now polishing up Plugs Biden. Trump will need to pull a rabbit out of his hat during any debates but Biden is an entrenched establishment puke and his kind are despised in the heart land of America

The attorney general for the united states calls a press conference to announce she will support an FIB decision?

We have more than Clinton problems.

Stall, stall, stall, soon it will over. Maybe 20 years from now. F-—ing Government. People, take everything back. Start with electing Trump.

Exactly right.

She just said she will “accept” the recommendations. “Accept’ can also mean “receive”. She left herself enough wiggle room with all the word-speak to say, upon review, that there is not going to be an indictment.

Lynch will “back” the findings” - but nowhere is there any word that “Prosecutorial discretion” will not be applied.

Of course, there were WAY more violations of Federal law than the misuse of a private server for official government business involved in the overall probe.

This has only begun to roll once Elizabeth Warren made Hillary look like a lightweight.

This makes it obvious that none of those prosecutors or “others” will recommend anything without approval by the Clintons, themselves. This is a bag job.

Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch said Friday she will “accept” the recommendations from prosecutors and others leading probes into the use of a private email server by Hillary Clinton during her time as secretary of state.

Does "accept" mean that she will act on those recommendations and indict Hillary? Or does it mean that she will thank the F.B.I. for all of their hard work, and tell them she will "consider" their recommendations for possible action?

I agree. I think she is saying she will abide by the FBI recommendations because they already know them and they can live with them. I think that even if the investigation is above board, out of what passes for interdepartmental courtesy she would be reasonably well informed of the case’s progression. She is not speaking from utter ignorance and objectivity.

Call me very skeptical that this all doesn’t go away rather quietly very soon.

Senior Investigator to AG; My thought on the case against Hillary Clinton is that if I recommend prosecution I will be finished in this town.

AG Lynch to Senior Investigator; I totally concur.

Senior Investigator; I would really like to advance in position and live long enough to draw a pension. If I sweep this under the rug that may happen.

AG Lynch to Senior Investigator; I totally concur.

AG Lynch in a press release; In the opinion of the Senior Investigator the case against Hillary Clinton would be counterproductive. I agreed with all of his recommendations. The case is closed, God bless America.
