Lynch to Remove Herself From Decision Over Clinton Emails, Official Says
New York Times ^ | 1 July 2016 | MATT APUZZO

Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch plans to announce on Friday that she will accept whatever recommendation career prosecutors and the F.B.I. director make about whether to bring charges related to Hillary Clinton’s personal email server, a Justice Department official said. Her decision removes the possibility that a political appointee will overrule investigators in the case.

"I would love to see this smug, immoral, unqualified, corrupt woman in Federal prison with a 30 year sentence."

I would love to see that happen to Hillery.... She's pretty much the same kind of animal...

I’m almost anti-Lynch as I am anti-Hillary. Having clarified that is it possible that Lynch purposely staged the meeting with Bill so she would have an excuse to remove herself from a no win decision.

Just turned on the TV and this story about the meeting was Breaking News on NBC. It was just a quick blurb about and something was said about Donald Trump addressing it but didn’t say what.

The fact that Bill intentionally took this risk means he really is concerned that probably both he and Hillary will end up in prison.

Sorry but that would only be true for normal people. Politicians at this level have a whole different set of laws.

Looking at a job posting list for a DOJ office in California, these jobs have terms, terms are appointed. It’s not like the civil service which is based on merit. That isn’t to say there probably isn’t a strong merit based component, they do want to win their cases after all, but an appointment is political. To top that off, the DOJ is part of the executive branch.

Something about this brings to mind what happens every time there is a new crew member in the landing party on Star Trek.

I got a feeling his visit was about the Clinton Foundation not the emails.

The fix is in. I’m thinking the FBI themselves will soon announce that there was no wrongdoing with anything pertaining to Clinton, and that the matter has been dropped. This way she looks non-partisan (as if that would ever be true), and the FBI, who were investigating hillary, exonerate her.

That, I think, is the fix.

Bet she slipped him a thumb drive with specific instructions on what Hillary should say about the emails.

And that, my FRiend is exactly what happened on that plane. Bubba was given advance knowledge of what the FBI knows, and how they both can effectively counter it, and evade prosecution.

Now THAT’S a winner. Where’ve you been this whole thread? First the meeting, then the announcement the Foundation emails will be hidden for 27 months. No coincidence.

“...possible that Lynch purposely staged the meeting with Bill...”

I doubt that. Loretta Lynch is no match for the Clintons when it comes to chicanery and corruption. The news that has dribbled out over the last two weeks has been very bad for HRC — secret schedules when she was Secretary of State, for example, and it was the AP that researched and broke that story, which tells you something, since the AP leans left — and the Clintons have to be worried about the FBI investigation. It's likely Bill Clinton arranged what he intended to be a secret meeting with Loretta Lynch to pressure her — subtly or overtly — not to take action against HRC, regardless of what the FBI report says. In any case, in light of what the NYTimes is reporting this morning — that Lynch will announce today that she will abide by whatever the FBI recommends — it seems Bubba’s plan has backfired BIG TIME!

This seems like a plausible scenario.

HOWEVER, we are talking about the Clintons. They will find a way to wriggle. Clinton has a lot of Chinese connections that can’t see the light of day. Someone could get Fosterized over this.

Lynch is an extremely intelligent and capable attorney. It’s just that she’s chosen to use her powers for evil...

Bill meets with Lynch knowing it will disqualify her

That would mean that Lynch agreed to the meeting so she could "honorably" disqualify herself and bring about what you predict. That is real vile stuff for any group of lawyers, also an "ad hoc" RICO case.
