Backfire for sure. Hillary “leading” will probably convince the typical Dem voter that their vote isn’t critical while the Trump voter will “crawl over broken glass” to vote. Trump voters know the media is lying and don’t trust the polls. After all, how can those polls be right when Donald Trump can draw 20,000 to a rally on two days notice while Hillary has trouble getting a few hundred? Everyone’s talking about Trump, good or bad. He is the conversation. That means he’s the winner.
