Evidence indicates Hillary and aides did not sign exit forms. Signing the exit form would have cutoff access to State Dept info......info the Clintons rely on to cash-in. Note Brian Pagliano-—Hillary’s personal IT-—left her employ then surfaced on the public payroll as a State Dept contractor.
