...the parties mutually agreed that Attorney General Walker will withdraw the subpoena and ExxonMobil will stipulate to the dismissal without prejudice of this action... Does that mean ExxonMobil is agreeing not to come after the AG with a counter-suit? Seems like EM is letting the AG off way too easily here. AG was obviously abusing their power for political ends, and gets a pass...
