Well, it's been quite some time since 9/11. There were many opportunities for the "peaceful" Muslims to unconditionally denounce islamic terrorism without the moral equivalencies and "whataboutisms" they're notorious for. Even IF they started doing so at this point they'd have a looooong way to go to gain any credibility.
