French President: Trump as president would be 'dangerous'
Arutz Sheva ^ | 30/6/16 | Ben Ariel

If Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is elected president it would be “dangerous” and "complicate" relations between Europe and the United States, French President Francois Hollande warned on Wednesday, according to AFP.

"Those who say that Donald Trump could not possibly become the next president of the United States are the same ones who thought that Brexit would never be voted in," the French president said, referring to last week`s British referendum which backed withdrawal from the European Union.

Trump was running on the kind of slogans peddled by the extreme right in France and elsewhere in Europe, said Hollande in an interview to be published Thursday in the French financial daily Les Echos.

When asked whether a Trump presidency would be a dangerous thing he answered "yes".

Trump`s presence in the White House "would complicate relations between Europe and the United States," Hollande added, according to AFP.

Trump has caused an uproar both at home and abroad due to his comments calling to temporarily bar Muslims from entering the U.S. due to security concerns, as well as his call to build a wall on the border with Mexico.

As a younger man, I/We would have said, “screw you, frenchie!” Speaking as an older man, I/We still cannot possibly phrase those sentiments in any better way than I/We did as youngster’s proclaim, ~ SCREW YOU, FRENCHIE!! ~

Apologies to my many French friends and acquaintances ... :^)

Pretty loose use of language. Danger = would complicate the relationship. Change can be complicated. That doesn’t make it bad or dangerous.

And look what happened to Ca-Ca-Cameron, after he badmouthed Trump.

Contrary to Cameron's warped negative views on Trump, Nigel Farage (one of the main leaders of the BREXIT movement) had this to say about Trump:

"Nigel Farage says Donald Trump would be 'better for Britain' than Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton "

yet another good reason to vote for Mr. Trump!!!!

imagine following the advice from a country which is so far along to committing national suicide? ha!

EU dictatorship AND millions of IslamoNazi invaders taking France over...... death by both sides...
Kiss France goodbye, they don’t have the cajones to stand up and rid their country of the invaders (and France’s traitorous sell-out political hacks). Charles Martel is crying in his grave...

The Carter of France’s warning is duly noted and given its appropriate weight, considering France seeks to destroy itself.

Every single person and organization of note in Britain was in favor of staying in the EU, and said leaving would be “dangerous”.

I’m liking Trump’s odds more by the day.

this, in a nutshell, demonstrates how completely and utterly clueless Europeans are about Americans.

i’ve had lefty Europeans attempt to lecture me about my own country. based on the daily propaganda they get, they truly think Americans are dumb and that Europeans know more about the USA and what the USA actually stands for, than we do.

they are so terribly misguided and so insufferably condescending. i usually reply by explaining to them things about their own country’s history that they don’t know.

anyway, back to my point... what this fool in France doesn’t realize is that vague threats like these only entrench American resolve to do the opposite of what the Europeans want us to do. we have always been this way. going all the way back to 1787, we have always eyed Europe and European interests suspiciously. in fact, until 1941, the USA was generally disinclined to involve itself in European affairs or European wars (that all changed after WWII), as we had a long memory of what a tar pit such involvement would become for us.

so keep it up European global elite! keep lecturing us. keep telling us what we should do because you think we’re too dumb and.or too disinterested in the world around us to know what’s best for us. you are simply helping to ensure the outcomes that you least want to see.

Like Rush says, just listen to libtards. They will tell you what they fear. In their minds we ARE a greater threat to them than ISIS. Look at how this perspective has been pushed down through the DOJ and the other acronyms. Look at how the GOPe work WITH the libtards to maintain the status quo. We are frustrated at every turn but the libtard/GOPe agenda moves smoothly along no matter what. If it seems like there is a “vision” that is shared by those who would seem to we little folks to be at odds, perhaps one should consider that this is actually the case.

See how the GOPe has worked with the libtards to shift our country’s demographics. Just as one of many “case in point”. No matter what we want third world immigrants are being encouraged, financed, and in some cases actually transported in. For decades. As with the budget, once the libtards goals are being met the gummint pretends to be powerless to stop these things.
