It’s sort of an obvious reaction to the guys rants Dad talked back to him (he wouldn’t let his guest to get a word in so dad challenged him.) It was fun to listen. O Really became a joke just by itself after awhile. He read most of his books but lost some respect toward the end. Thought he was manipulating the news.
Your father was a most perspicacious man; O’REALLY does play games with the truth/facts/news and he talks over people far too much.
