People who use their body in ways it wasn’t designed for, just might suffer health consequences - imagine that! And then the article says that normal people who don’t abuse their bodies are the reason people who do abuse their bodies have health problems. So just by living a healthy lifestyle you are somehow to blame for the problems of those who are perverted.
