Yes, could be the ultra-leftist PKK but I’m unsure they’ve historically done suicide bomb attacks. The PKK also hasn’t taken credit for (nor denied) terror attacks they’ve committed.
I’m for the moment leaning towards this attack has something to do with the recent normalizing of relations between Turkey and Israel.
