I’d personally like to shoot any pitbull hater if they ever tried to mess with ANY dog I know regarding bans or harassment of owners. Repeatedly. In a manner so that death was slow.
Anyone too stupid to know that it is 100 percent how the dog is raised is de facto a POS human.

it is 100 percent how the dog is raised So the owners are 100% to blame? Cool, I'm all for giving dog owners the death sentence when their little pooch kills someone.

One of the breeding lines for pit bulls is the Staffordshire Terrier. A dog that was bred in England specifically to be good with children!

Nurture has some impact, but some breeds are simply genetically predisposed to be more aggressive. Pit bulls are much more aggressive than many other breeds and, in the experience of many people, including myself, unpredictably vicious.
It is not even close to 100% of how the dog is raised.
