This demonstrates why on Day One of the incoming Trump Administration, ALL appointed U.S. attorneys should be directed to tender their resignations (hey, it was ok for the Clintons to fire them all, right?), a thorough review of their credentials and then a decision can be made as to whether or not they are reappointed. And here’s a clue how that will work out: any and every Obamunist appointee will be LOCKED OUT from any future federal position in any capacity.
More than 50 years ago, the late Senator Joe McCarthy of Wisconsin was trying to warn America of the dangers of Communist subversion of our federal government, and it doesn’t take more than a casual look at what passes for that government today, to understand that between the Communist die-hards and Muslim infiltrators, that the entire federal apparatus needs to be dismantled, fumigated, and reassembled into a much smaller and leaner and AMERICAN operation.
Trump will need to appoint a rock-solid AG who will then appoint rock-solid reviewers of the USAttys to be retained and new USAttys to be appointed.
I agree that all USAttys should resign at the time of POTUS exchange. I hope he has a plan already in place.
I would recommend Ken Starr or Robert Bork for AG.
