To: T-Bone Texan

I understand. I had to count it several times before I was convinced there were only 6 syllables.

Perhaps one can be truly successful at haiku only in Japanese.

If haikus are Japanese cuisine, my haikus are McDonalds.

So much is lost in the translation. Subtle layers of meaning, never to be revealed or even alluded to.

That said, I challenge anyone to find haikus in ANY language, not just Japanese, that reference the Hillary-Huma-beaver nexus. I am the master in that arena, and I exist solely to entertain my fellow FReepers.
