KAKATA, Liberia (AP) — First lady Michelle Obama landed in Africa on Monday with her daughters and her mother for an overseas trip promoting education for girls, starting with a country still recovering from the recent Ebola epidemic that left thousands dead.

The Obamas were welcomed in Liberia's capital with a red carpet and traditional dancers wearing the red, white and blue colors of both the American and Liberian flags.

After meeting Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, the Obamas traveled a heavily potholed road to the town of Kakata, where they visited a Peace Corps-sponsored leadership camp for girls.

"I am just so thrilled to be here with you," the first lady told the crowd.

She is traveling with daughters Malia, 18, who recently graduated high school, and Sasha, 15.

AF1 is exclusively for the use of the President. They will not get to use US Government aircraft after Jan 20, 2017 unless the new President or other senior official allows it.

However, the UN has several planes, and Ban Ki Moon’s term as Sec General of the UN is up at the end of the year, so...

This is just PR to cover for the next leg of the trip - a Moroccan hash binge.

Oh, and none of those handless, footless victims of the last Liberian civil war, either. That’s just too yucky.

Apropos they’re visiting a country where whites cannot become citizens and are taxed for being white and are considered subhuman. It is apropos, too, they visit a country where freed slaves occupied and enslaved the indigenous people.

I just assume they landed there because Moochelle saw what looked like an American flag with only one star and thought, "look girls, daddy finally accomplished his goal of eliminating all state's rights!"

Damn, if they had any smarts about them, they’d make it a vacation to remember. The Greek Islands, New Zealand.....Fiji....in my dreams!!

Or maybe they can go to Syria.

I can’t believe we’re still carting her keister all over the globe at taxpayer expense...I'd like to think that their globe-hopping junkets where they take the entire extended family anywhere they feel like going will stop being at the expense of the taxpayers

Well, yes, but since no money shall issue from the Treasury of the United States except from an appropriation made by law, don't you think that paying for this is on Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell? I mean, they don't have to allow it.

Last time they ALL went over as a leg of their taxpayer funded world tour, we were treated to this bizarre image. A little known fact is that Barack Obama is a descendent of Kenyan royalty. In Arabic, his first name means "Destroyer of nations." Obama means "He who will forever rule the underworld -- not just in Chicago, the REAL one down there."

He is seen here in native Kenyan garb in a rare shot recently discovered in a White House burn bag that somehow escaped the newly installed White House diesel powered, water-cooled Acme 3000 Super Shredder. It was sent to us by a former White House shredder tender (who wished to remain anonymous -- and hasn't been heard from for over 2 months!).

 photo ObamaYozuna.jpg

And if you are offended by this photo, TOO BAD! Obama is, after all, a disciple of Saul Alinsky who advised his friends in Obama's favorite book, "Rules for Radicals" (subtitled "Dirty Tricks by The Left are Just Good Politics"), that RIDICULE is a potent and effective weapon.

There ya' go!!
