I grew up in Sarasota .
It’s been ruined thanks to all the Northeasetern libs that relocated there from their original Broward ,Dade, and Palm Beach retirement havens .
Sarasota is loaded with California transplants that began migrating here in 2001. Add that to the Chicago libs and Florida east coast libs that moved and the politics of the county has changed dramatically, and not for the better. I miss my sleepy little beach town.
