It occurs to me that WHY wouldn't illegal aliens APPLY FOR WELFARE, many times, under many names?

They've ALREADY broken ONE law, why not others?
And Obama would NEVER prosecute them.

The worst case is, maybe, he would eventually send them home, someday, on a Boeing 747 private plane ride.

And then, they would be heroes on their return home for having sent back so much American cash!
