I am not a nosy neighbor, but if LEO visited a home multiple times because of domestic disturbances, the entire neighborhood would know.
No one would say they were “good parents.” If anything it would be something like it was “ just a matter of time.”

We lived in a neighborhood for many years that had regular and frequent visits by the police.
One summer, it was 2-3 times a week for the entire summer at the same address.
Finally he was arrested when he put a knife in his wife’s hand and, holding her hand, tried to stab himself in the stomach with the knife.
And nobody even once said anything less than *I’m not surprised*.
