Looks like the Daily Mail in London has better local news coverage in Houston than does the local TV:

I have no opinion about the father because I have no knowlege of what happened.
However the neighbor might want to rethink the part about the mother being “good.” A good mother does not murder her daughters.
I wonder if the mother was dead tired, came home to a drunk husband and dtrs loafing around and just lost it in an instant...
