We apply on-line and then go down to the Sheriffs office. They have their own camera and card printing equipment. The whole process takes about 10 minutes.

That is why I go to the Parish Sheriff’s office, except there is no online application. They require THREE referential signatures directly on the paper application. THEN I pay my $10.00.
