Not so benign when you consider the numbers of these whackos actively seeking the AIDS virus, child rape, etc. They are every bit as evil as the Lord warned.
But it amazes me that since Orlando, some posters (mostly libertarian I suspect) seem to look at them as comrades in arms.
Queers are not "one of us." Never will be. They continue to be a part of the evil in the Republic that is destroying the nation.
I thoughtfully added the word relatively to suggest that the majority of the group are not sociopaths or generally violent.
Yes there is a subset of their number that are malicious but on the whole the LGBTs are not an immediate physical danger and their danger to society will not be substantively increased by their carrying arms.
I recognize the dangers presented by the LGBTs but also recognize that they are entitled to their civil rights.
How are those who commit the sin of sodomy less worthy of political alliance than those who commit adultery? Or those who commit any other sin?
Political parties and alliances are a totally different animal than religious groups. Religion welcomes sinners to change them. Politics (in US) is a coalition of people who disagree with each other on many issues, but agree on a candidate as the lesser of 2 evils.
Yes, almost every election is a choice of the lesser of 2 evils. Anyone who agrees with a candidate on everything is an unthinking puppet. Reagan put the agreement threshold at 80%. This election cycle most people are faced with an agreement threshold much less than that.
