Which only proves that Foggy Bottom is full of foggy brains without even a hint of integrity. Whoever is in charge of IT security should have refused to compromise the security procedures and told both Congress and the public exactly why they refused to do so. They'd have lost their cushy gig but the facts would have been out in the open before so much damage had been done.
