We had about 3 hours of gentle rain today. They say some each day for the next few days. No watering this weekend.

WOOHOO on your rain! That’s the best kind . . . gentle, SOAKING rain. Hope they’re right about the next few days up there.
No rain here today though a hefty storm blew up just a couple of miles west of us and missed us. :-( Lots of thunder but I saw no lightning. Must have all stayed up in the clouds.
They say there are small chances for rain the next few days but we aren’t holding our breath for any here. Just going to be hot, hot, hot.
