Not likely.
The deal will be:
1. Resign the nomination in favor of Biden.
2. A presidential pardon for her...and for Bill (who will also be deeply implicated).
3. A mutual agreement to keep mouths firmly zipped.
The challenge with this approach is that Hillary would then be subject to subpoena without an ability to take the Fifth. This should make some of her co-conspirators pretty uncomfortable.
The same was true of Nixon after Ford's pardon, but nobody seemed to want to question an ex-President. Hillary doesn't have that kind of protection.
