Perhaps it's because most of those who will vote for her, no matter what, are ethically challenged themselves.

Look at the people Hillary and Obama surround themselves with. Ethically challenged is an understatement and morally challenged is more accurate.

A vast majority of RATS are perfectly OK with anything the Clinton's do “Ends justifies the means syndrome” A sick and dangerous lot. But there is a significant portion that need to be made aware of the scandals, and then subtly shame them about what this says about Americas character and morality to consider voting for her. Just need to pick off a few percentage here and there.
